Hey man, this is USD, so this is about CAD$52 plus a small premium because ZAR produces  medium oil in North Dakota, so ZAR receives about CAD$60 now in North Dakota, which makes it a free cash ...more

They can pay the interest by issuing shares for the trustee to sell who would then pay the debenture holders. Otherwise they will do it at maturity if they can't get a deal with debenture holders ...more
