rad10  How successful have they been at marketing the assets over the last 2 years?  Deal breaker was always due to Debentures..  Do you really want to gamble on receivership ...more

Zargon's asset base is not exactly clean - ND is a great asset but in the US and no tax pools remain, conventional is not too bad though lots of A&R and Little Bow is high cost. In this ...more

Absolutely agree that a deal needs to get done hawkoil - but why should the shareholders retain 6%.???  Lets push for the revised offer with stock now priced at 6.5 cents a share.    ...more

The big honest mistake was Little Bow ASP - when oil was $100.  Others made that mistake too - HSE, PXX, etc they just didn't bet the company...BoD approved it too...  In any event, this ...more
